Marcel Marceau

Head of the Marceau Mob, local mime authority and an occasional falafel customer.

Borough canon

Marcel Marceau is the person at the centre of the Marceau Mob, not a separate name for a separate figure. He presides over the collective's silent presence around Memorial Square and appears elsewhere as a theatrical local fixture, including a recorded visit to Vegetables for falafel. The 9tyfi5 file preserves the conflicting claim that he and Slinky Josh are feuding over the Carrs.
