He appears at Dolls, Masks and Sewers; attracts the title Mask King; and is later said to have unveiled a statue in the memorial gardens. Thacker and Frainstone-adjacent accounts place him close to Ainsley / Harriott, but never settle whether he is an ally, a prop-master or simply the person who has arrived first.
