The Noel Patrol, or TNP, is the Perimeter archive’s armed helicopter patrol. Noel Edmonds is placed in command, with the other seats variously filled by Collins, Mike Smith, Jedson and further candidates. Its purpose is described alternately as keeping people in, keeping people out, or both.
