Jef Whippy is the one-F figure who steps into the Sewers epilogue. The 2023 Thacker material identifies him as Chris Whippy’s cousin, then immediately distinguishes him from Jeff: he is not Jeff, but he looks sufficiently like Jeff to create a practical archive problem. One abandoned follow-up proposes him as Jeff’s brother; no supporting account survives.
