Mrs Moa McNuggets resides at McNugget Mansion and is variously known as Nugsy Malone, Mama Fika, the Baby-Faced Assassin, and the Opener of Many Tabs. She is noted for an exceptionally warm smile which has, on occasion, led residents to assume everything is fine.
McNugget Mansion functions as a private residence, library, garden headquarters and unofficial centre for matters requiring further investigation. Mrs McNuggets' principal interests include reading, gardening, CrossFit, fika, and beginning a second enquiry before the first has technically concluded.
The grounds are also home to Rosa, a Highland cow of considerably more predictable temperament than most Whapperton residents. Mrs McNuggets is known to cook occasionally. The Council has no further comment at this time.
