Overview
Established local reference point
EDC provides discreet services of a chiefly administrative nature. Its acronym is not expanded on official notices and is treated, by those in charge, as both self-explanatory and not a subject for waiting-room conversation.
For navigational purposes, this record is considered current unless it is not. Visitors are asked to make their own sensible assessment of conditions on arrival.
